OttoFixter web platform with its Micro Job Engine (mJe) is a well designed site that provides a two-sided market for people to sell or to buy a variety of digital skills based services typically offered by people we call freelancers.
It's not everyone who has a digital skill. People are always searching for experts who have the knowledge and the skills to work on some stuffs for them.
Let's imagine you know how to create YouTube Intro Videos. You then happen to find yourself on our freelancing web platform www.ottofixter.com to enlist your digital skills service offer with a title such as;
"I will create YouTube Intro Video for your channel"
Our web visitors are basically digital skills service seekers and those who might be in need of your service would contact you to render your service to them.That means, they don't have the skills to create YouTube Intro Videos for themselves, so they pay you to create such for them.
That's how our Micro Job System operates.
Our platform does not support only those who know how to create YouTube Intro Videos. Our system is structured to support over 200 subcategories of digital skills related services and anyone with any of such skills on our list can join our Micro Job System to serve our web visitors and get paid along as a freelancer.

2. Type your needs (eg Logo) in the search box and click enter.
3. Select your favourite from the search results and start communicating.
4. Buy the service.
5. a. Accept service product after it has been delivered into your inbox to close the deal.
b. Reject service product if you are not satisfied with it and refund will be processed.
c. Seller not happy with your rejection will raise concerns for arbitration to settle the issue
1. Login and click on Post mJob to start enlisting your service offer.
2. Clients orders for your service. Ask for details for what s/he wants.
3. Deliver the work done to the buyer and your account gets credited.
Note: If buyer is not happy with the end product, s/he may reject your delivered work and no amount will be credited into your account unless a raised dispute is settled.

One can have multiple enlistments without limits.
1. Title – mJob Enlistment
Give your mJob enlistment a good catchy title
Examples of the titles:
I will design animated logo for you
I will book your flight ticket for you
I will set up your wordpress website for you
Create a similar title depending on what you want to offer
2. Description – mJob Enlistment
Describe your service into details by highlighting on key areas that might attract the interest of a prospective buyer.
Example of description:
Are you looking for a modern yet luxury and creative logo design for your brand or company?
I will craft a 100% custom made unique modern 3D logo using clean geometric shapes, resulting in a logo minimal in design and boasts luxury
Create a similar description for your mJob
Note:
The keyword section is there to help other people find your enlistment easily as they type to search for mJob service providers. If your keyword matches what they search for, your mJob will appear in the search results.
It’s advisable to use computer to complete this section to make it more accurate to be found by the search string.
3. Giving Details – mJob Enlistment
Giving details to your mJob is very crucial. It helps the buyer to know exactly what s/he will get from you and the exact amount s/he has to pay you.
One mJob service can be sold in three forms;
Basic – Standard – Premium
The more features and/or less delivery time limit you put on the basic service to sell, the higher you charge
Example from a logo designer can go like this:
Main Title: (refer to point one on Post mJob)
I will design a brand logo for your business
A. Basic:
Will design a plain logo for your business
Price: $ 5
B. Standard:
I will design a 2D logo for your business
Price: $ 10
C. Premium:
I will design 3D animated logo for your business
Price: $ 20
Note:
The mJob in the example above is on logo design from a logo designer. The higher the quality, the higher the price.
One may opt to sell for only the basic. It’s a choice.
This does not end here, there are other features too;
i. Add On:
Extra service related to the main mJob service
Example on the logo mJob extra service:
Will convert the logo into 3 files formats for you
ii. FAQ:
Questions and answers that people normally need to understand your mJob more.
Example:
Q. In which file formats do you deliver the logo ?
A. The finished logo can only be delivered in PNG and GIF format. For any other format, check my ADD ON
Once this third stage is done completely, then it’s a plus. Your enlistment will look more professional
4. Media – mJob Enlistment
You need to upload at most six (6) good looking photos that can easily make a prospective client see what your skills are all about.
Example:
A logo designer may upload photos of logos to give people information that, s/he designs logo.
Audios and videos are also allowed to be uploaded to give details of the offered service.
Note: Without uploading photos, your mJob can’t get published on our platform
5. Finish – mJob Enlistment
Select Free Package and click save. You may opt to purchase a higher plan to unlock more advanced features that would give you upper hand to drive more service seekers to buy from you.
